Brewing Style: Gentle Herbal Infusion / Simmered Herbal Infusion / Thermos Herbal Infusion
Daily Herbal Infusion Brewing: Use 2–3 Roasted Hawthorn pieces, 2–3 strips Aged Tangerine Peel, 2–3 Licorice Root slices, and 2–3 Poria cubes with 500–700 ml hot water at 95–100°C / 203–212°F. Steep for 10–15 minutes before drinking.
Gentle Brew: Add selected botanicals to a cup, teapot, or thermos, pour over freshly boiled water, cover, and steep for 10–15 minutes.
Traditional Simmer: Simmer selected botanicals gently for 20–30 minutes to create a richer herbal infusion.
Thermos Brewing: Add selected botanicals to a thermos, pour in hot water, steep for 15–20 minutes, and refill with hot water as desired until the flavor becomes mild.
Refills: Botanicals may be refilled with hot water several times until the flavor becomes mild.
