Return Eligibility

  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

depending on the situation.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The item arrived damaged
  • We shipped the wrong product

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

PandaHomeMart is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
