Daily Herbal Infusion Brewing: Use a small handful of Mulberry Leaf, a small handful of Lotus Leaf, 1–2 Gardenia Fruits, 2–3 Hawthorn Slices, a small piece of Dandelion Root, and 2–3 Poria Cubes with 600–800 ml hot water at 95–100°C / 203–212°F. Steep for 15–20 minutes before drinking.
Gentle Brew: Add selected botanicals to a cup, teapot, or thermos, pour over freshly boiled water, cover, and steep for 15–20 minutes.
Traditional Simmer: Simmer selected botanicals gently for 20–30 minutes to create a richer herbal infusion.
Thermos Brewing: Add selected botanicals to a thermos, pour in hot water, steep for 20–30 minutes, and refill with hot water as desired until the flavor becomes mild.
Refills: Botanicals may be refilled with hot water several times until the flavor becomes mild.
