Gongfu Style Brewing: Use 5–8 g tea with 100–120 ml water at 95–100°C / 203–212°F. Start with 10–15 seconds for the first infusion and increase brewing time gradually.
Western Style Brewing: Use 3–4 g tea with 250 ml water at 95°C / 203°F. Brew for 2–3 minutes.
Cold Brew Preparation: Use 5–6 g tea with 500–600 ml cold water. Refrigerate for 6–8 hours. Serve chilled.
