Glass Cup Brewing: Use 3–5 g tea with 250 ml water at 80–85°C / 176–185°F. Steep for 1–2 minutes and refill with warm water as desired.

Gongfu Style Brewing: Use 5 g tea with 120–150 ml water at 80–85°C / 176–185°F. Start with 20–30 seconds and add several seconds to each later infusion.

Western Style Brewing: Use 2–3 g tea with 250–300 ml water at 80–85°C / 176–185°F. Brew for 1–2 minutes.

Cold Brew Preparation: Use 5–6 g tea with 500–600 ml cold water. Refrigerate for 6–8 hours. Serve chilled.
